Balagan Café - Open Air - Food Theater Talks

Join us for the 14th edition of "Balagan Cafe" in the beautiful garden of the Great Synagogue of Florence. This year's theme, "Strong as death is love", explores love as responsibility, memory, and dialogue.
​THE PROGRAM:
​19:30 – BALACAST: A live podcast session on current events and culture, hosted by Adam Smulevich.
​20:30 – PUBLIC SPEAKING SESSION: "Words of Hate, Reasons for Democracy" – A compelling discussion with Senator Graziano Delrio.
​21:30 – THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE: Matteo Corradini presents "Proserpina: Memory is a Trap". Stories of wounds, beauty, and freedom, featuring a special video performance by dissident Iranian dancer Saba Poori.

DINING EXPERIENCE:
Enhance your evening with "Saperi & Sapori," a special tasting of Jewish-inspired dishes in collaboration with Ruth’s.
