The purpose of the event is to analyse the European Commission's proposal for the Protected content Financial Framework, highlighting its main new features.

The discussion - which will be attended by academics and members of the institutions - will focus in particular on the issue of competitiveness and how the MFF seeks to balance the available funds with the important objectives set by national and European institutions.
