Special Brunch cooked & explained by Chef
Hello Dear Friends,
I believe a brunch is the perfect setting for good conversation. It's the weekend and you can enjoy great food in a relaxed environment. To me, this sounds like a great opportunity to connect with fellow members I didn't see since a while...
And to spice things up, the brunch location will be kept a secret until you pay for the event.
The Brunch will take place on Sunday, November 19,
starting at 11:30 AM.
The Brunch is located on the Asian side in Moda. The location name will be shared with those who pay for the Brunch in advance.
The specialty of this Brunch is that it will be cooked prepared ONLY for us in Italian style.
Our chef Özgür Ascioglu is going to prepare this delicious Italian style brunch for us. During the time we enjoy the food chef Ozgur will come to the table and we will have the opportunity to chat with him about culinary, his menus, etc.
Menu is as follow:
* Ciabatta Sandwich Bites
* Grilled Eggplants & Zucchini Parmesan w/ Parsley
* Baked Tomatoes w/ Garlic Puree and Olive oil, basil leaf topped
* Ricotta - Berry Jam Crostini
* Strawberry Balsamic Cream Crostini
* Tomato variation, basil, Parmesan mille Feulille
* Cheese platter
* Fruits, Dried Fruits
* Sparkling wine (1 glass per person)
* unlimited tea and coffee

Information about Chef Ozgur Ascıoglu
Instructor & Chef des Rotisseur Ozgur Ascıoglu is graduated from University of West London, Professional Chef Certificate Program and Professional Chef Program of Apicius, Florence.
Chef Ascıoglu has a professional Barista Certification from Illy, Universita del Caffe derlla Turchia and successfully completed the Wine Spirit Education Trust, Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits. He is also a member of the opening team of "Gastronometro".
Chef Ascioglu is currently working as a demo-chef for leading brands such as Le Creuset, Unilever and Arzum.
Running his recent project "Istanbul Culinary Studios" in Nisantasi. Chef Ascioglu is currently working on his master thesis on "Gastronomy and Social Media" in Okan University. He provides consultancy services in wine paring, degustation, menu planning and kitchen events as workshops, also guides harvest tours and is active in TV and Film Production in culinary.
