Moving Meditation, Self-Defense, & Wellness Workout

We all progress at our own level and I have helped people from Protected content old. All levels welcome to join us as long as you are kind.
You can join us anytime yet we will be moving locations so we can experience the amazing views of the Ballona Creek and parks.
We will begin with moving meditation inspired by martial arts from Shaolin monks and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. It is like deep breathing while improving flexibility and mobility.
The moving meditation brings energy and awareness for the next flow into self-defense and wellness. We will customize what works for each of us drawing upon global martial arts and movement.
Please bring boxing gloves if you would like as I have very large Thai kickboxing focus pads. One can hit with no gloves too or just shadow kickbox. I was a coach at tech companies and at UCLA teaching healthcare workers self-defense.
