Brunch Newcomer's Only #2: Pass the Paella!
*Note: You do not have to be a newcomer to InterNations but just new to brunch. Only open to those who have never made it and/or never got off the Waiting List! Meal #1 will be Jan 19, the prior weekend. You can only attend one please, so we can accommodate more members!*
Happy Protected content ! In this very warm, elegant and contemporary venue, we will share various paellas – Spain’s national communal rice dish.
Paellas are made with herbed round grain rice, beans, and meat or seafood cooked in a wide shallow frying pan. Lubina features shrimp, clams & mussels; chicken and chorizo sausage; or black squid ink paellas.
We will also sample gazpacho (cold vegetable soup) and uniquely crafted fresh vegetable and seafood handheld tapas and pinchos (appetizers). Gorgeous desserts like crème brulé, bubbly Cava and inventive cocktails and their signature smoky cinnamon sangria are extra – and well worth it!

– Mariscos Paella (red shrimp + clams + mussels)
– Chorizo Paella (sausage + chickpeas + Moroccan green beans)
– Fideua Negra Paella (squid + black ink + shrimp + garlic)
