Created by ocean artist, filmmaker, and composer Joshua Sam Miller together with co-director Elise Lein, this work transports you into an enchanting underwater world.
This isn’t a traditional documentary but a sensory experience that places the ocean center stage. The songs of whales and dolphins blend with immersive music to create a meditative and soothing odyssey, inviting you to form a deep connection with life beneath the waves.
Beyond art, Sounds of the Ocean stands as a symbol of peaceful activism and a catalyst for change. In a world often defined by stress, the project offers a space of serenity while inspiring action to protect marine ecosystems.
Presented in eleven countries and featured at major events such as COP 26, COP 27, COP 28, the United Nations Ocean Conference in Lisbon, and festivals like Burning Man, Boom, and Garbicz, the experience brings together artists, scientists, and ocean advocates.
