Apéro - For Our Freedom
If you care for freedom and the fight against a surveillance society, you are more than welcome to join me at this monthly apéro organized by La Quadrature du Net, where we'll meet and discuss about surveillance programs that are implemented by governments to track and control every citizen.
La Quadrature du Net (Squaring of the Net in French) is a French advocacy group that promotes digital rights and freedoms of citizens since more than 10 years. It advocates for French and European legislation to respect the founding principles of the Internet, most notably the free circulation of knowledge. La Quadrature du Net engages in public-policy debates concerning, for instance, freedom of speech, copyright, regulation of telecommunications and online privacy.
