This hotelschool is one of the three best in it’s kind. Students all over the world come to learn the learn and work here. So let’s get together and enjoy a lovely evening ;-)
This is what the school says about this special restaurant:
“Welcome to our fine dining restaurant in Amsterdam! Our hotel management students are here to give you a unique hospitality experience. While enjoying organic and locally produced food you are served by Hotelschool The Hague’s international students. The kitchen is also run by hotel school students under guidance of instructors, who will always seek for new food combinations within the season. Of course these special dishes are accompanied by corresponding wines.
Philosophy of our restaurant
At our restaurant we prepare ethical food using only healthy ingredients; meat from happy cows, cheeses made lovingly, fish caught responsibly, produce grown locally and as much as possible, in our own garden. Our motto is: "The closer to home the better the taste!” The best ingredients don’t have to travel far; they’re always fresh, so always tasty. Furthermore, using local produce is better for the environment, better for the farmer and his land; and better for us! Hence we follow the seasons as much as possible“.
P.s. You can also choose a 4 course menu for € 29,50.
