Vietnamese Dinner IV (In-Person)

Dear all,
Vietnamese cuisine is based on fresh ingredients, minimal cooking, lots of leafy greens and fish, very limited amounts of animal protein and fat, and moderate use of sugar.
Please only sign up if you can make it. If something comes up, make sure to cancel your attendance two days in advance, so other members can join the activity.
