Afghan Dinner
Dear all,
Afghan cuisine is known for its rich flavors, aromatic spices, and balanced combination of ingredients. It often brings together rice, tender meats, fresh vegetables, herbs, and dried fruits to create dishes that are both hearty and flavorful. One of the most famous dishes is Kabuli Palaw, a fragrant rice dish typically served with lamb, carrots, and raisins. Grilled kebabs, savory stews, and freshly baked bread are also essential parts of Afghan meals. Afghan food reflects the country’s history and cultural diversity, offering a unique blend of Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and South Asian culinary influences.
