Inspired by the tradition of Sushi Bar, the restaurant interprets the ancient Japanese tradition in a modern way.
The patron, Italian-American Giuseppe Tuosto, is a pioneer in ethnic dining: he left New York and Los Angeles where he opened fusion eateries and Japanese cooking restaurants.
Then he turned back and, besides Japan so much loved, also looked up to his roots, toward Italy, the land from where his ancestors came.
