Meeting With the Director
Dear friends, I invite you to watch the movie, after which we will have the opportunity to meet the director, Anna Foglietta.
This feature-length directorial debut by Anna Foglietta—who also makes a brief appearance as a voice-over—explores a parallel identity crisis that threatens to destroy, from within, a family harmony that was as hard-won as it is burdensome.
A SENSITIVE DEBUT CENTERED ON A SMALL, DOMESTIC TALE—ONE IN WHICH WE ENCOUNTER A FAMILIAR, YET UNNAMED, UNHAPPINESS.
A MEETING WITH DIRECTOR ANNA FOGLIETTA FOLLOWING THE SCREENINGS.
An intimate and deeply human story that navigates the emotional transitions that redefine family bonds and the delicate balance within a couple’s life.
Directed by Anna Foglietta. Starring Guido Caprino, Alba Rohrwacher, Caterina Casini, and Elio De Capitani. Genre: Drama.
