There will be some cooking lessons and language trainings on the way.

The last five hundred years of eventful history of the country added an impact to the cultural blend of the Asian and Western population. The colonial reign of the Spaniards in Protected content well as the Americans in Protected content , resulted in the expansion of Christian values, which gave an identity to every Filipino. And the interaction with other countries' cultures, like the ones from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, gave a specific Asian touch to the cultural heritage of the Philippines.
The Philippines is a country that has varied cultural influences. Most of these influences are results of previous colonization, deriving mainly from the culture of Spain and the United States. Despite all of these influences, the old Asian culture of Filipinos has been retained and are clearly seen in their way of life, beliefs and customs. Wherever you go, Filipino culture is very evident and has largely been appreciated
There are Protected content languages spoken in the Philippines. Almost all are classified as Malayo-Polynesian languages. Among those languages, there are 13 indigenous languages with nearly 1 million speakers. The present Constitution names Filipino and English as joint official languages.
Ethnic Relations
Seventy to eighty language groups separate people along tribal lines. Approximately two million residents are designated as cultural minority groups protected by the government. The majority of those sixty ethnic groups live in the mountains of northern Luzon. We will visit at least two or three tribal ethnic groups in the Philippines.
Christmas is one of the most loved celebration by Filipinos. Families and relatives gather on the 24th of December, to celebrate food prepared for "Noche Buena," a Spanish term which means "midnight meal" to greet Christmas Day. New Year is another celebration that gathers the Filipino families. Wearing dotted clothes and preparing round fruits on the table, which symbolize prosperity, is one of the many customs of the Filipinos.

1. Confirmed Dates
2. Group Itinerary (with personal free time, of course)

As this trip has a flight involved, we're limiting the person count to 8 .
If we reach the head count to 8 then we will have to meet on the first week of January for a Brainstorming.

The first meeting was a successful one. I would increase the number of participants up to 12 but those who would surely come should book their own flights themselves and as of now the flight costs are from 428€ Protected content and thats back and forth. The departure date will be on the 16 of February and most of us leave the Island on the 27th of the same month. The first two overnights were now reserved to avoid any changes of prices. The suggested flight dates and airline were out which you will need to book on your own. I suggest you book it as early as possible coz the flight tickets are still very affordable to this date. The Northern part of Luzon trip and the Island of Palawan tour are both on the works as of today. I have organized a group chat at whatsap for this Philippine trip so from time to time i am informing everyone of the recent developments. As for the completed infos and Itineraries we will talk about it in when we meet each other in the first week Febuary February is not a high season so the price of the plane tickets is affordable. The weather is the best on this month you can swim on a Protected content water temp. and still the weather is not so hot. The best weather in the Philippines to have a vacation for europeans is from November to second week of March.
