Let’s face it, China is huge. You can’t expect everyone to drink tea the same way across such a diverse landscape. How does each tea region have its unique ways of preparing tea? And how are things looking with increasing cultural mobility?

This open course webinar is in English, and is the third in a three-part series. Make sure to register for the other two to learn how the Chinese drink tea in Tang and Song Dynasties, then in Ming and Qing Dynasties to have a comprehensive understanding of how tea drinking has evolved and came to be today.
