Minsu is a crossover Asian fusion restaurant in Cologne Deutz.

The tasty food and the dishes that you will find on the menu reflect the incredible diversity of Asian cuisine: spicy Currys, Vietnamese street food and „Pho“ soups, Japanese grilled meat and fish, as well as Sushi mixes. At Minsu everything is prepared by experienced cooks who use fresh ingredients and their own creativity.
