ONLINE The Perfect French Apèro
Dear Foodie Lovers,
If you enjoy cooking & love sharing moments that's a form of expression - like we do :) (my brother and I).
We propose you to do Gougères, a French home made aperitif.
.....Our recipe is simple....
- as far for ingredients you need: room temperature eggs, plain/all-purpose/cake flour, water, dairy or non dairy milk, unsalted butter & emmental cheese (as a substitute you may use any other matured cheese).
-concerning equipment: oven (convention or non convection - microware would not do the work sorry), saucepan, wood spatula, parchment paper or silicon baking mat & 2 table spoons.
*extra (but not necessary): mixer, pipping bag or ziplock bag & tip n°8
A glass of any sparkling wine will be the most welcome to enjoy our Apéro.
