This is a yoga Nidra activity, respectively yoga- meditation practice. Yoga Nidra is the „yoga of the sleep“ and attempts to bring you into a different wave frequency state. It is a frequency between waking and sleeping and allows you to access your body mind and soul in a healthy way.
Yoga nidra slows the wavelengths in your mind as you enter a sleep-like state. The experience often starts with sensing the body and mindfully breathing to trigger the relaxation response in your body.
You will lay in a room that is safe and undisturbed ideally. The yoga position of the picture above is called savasana and one typically holds that position during the whole Protected content . Simone (anyone) will reed a yoga Nidra fixed script. You will be laying there and just listening. No talking at all. You can make yourself visible on the zoom , or not. Some people like to hold that position under a blanket.
