Chi Kung, which means “to cultivate energy”, is an ancient practice that helps us to improve health and longevity, as well as, to increase the sense of harmony within ourselves and with the world. So the Art of Chi Kung and Meditation is the practice or joyful mastery of the management of life force energy and awareness.
The Art of Chi Kung is a discipline imbued with creative action to attain a harmonious existence under all circumstances of life. An experience present not only when we are doing our practice, but in our daily life to be full of joy, curiosity, openness, clarity of intent, perseverance, non-attachment, flexibility and creativity.
The ultimate aim of all inner Taoist practices is the alchemical transformation of the body, mind, and spirit, leading to union with the Tao, returning to the One. Thus, bringing joy, freedom, bliss in the here and now!
