"The Vietnamese cuisine is very versatile when it comes to taste and ingredients. A lot of foreign influences made these wonderful food culture what it is today. The biggest and most important influence has been the Chinese, but you will also find hints of Indian and Thai-cuisine. The French brought a lot of new ideas and dishes into our current cuisine. You will find all those influences in our dishes as well. Tradition meets modern cooking, exotic from Asia meets French standards – all combined in my family’s recipes"
