On the small Irish island of Inisheer, people are taciturn, straight out, and used to a hard, deprived life. While civil war rages on the mainland, everyday life in the village remains largely unaffected. Until one day something monstrous happens, which nobody expected: Colm (Brendan Gleeson) terminates his best buddy Pádraic (Colin Farrell) the friendship. An event that forces the island community to take sides.

The movie starts at 21:30 but I suggest we meet a few minutes earlier in order to get the tickets (for those who don't buy online before), drinks, and snacks or go in together.
