Nouvelle Vague (OmU)
Richard Linklater was exceptionally productive last year. At the Berlinale, he won a Silver Bear at the beginning of the year for BLUE MOON, and just a few months later he presented NOUVELLE VAGUE at the Cannes Film Festival, where it quickly became a crowd favorite. Shot in black and white and in standard format, it tells—in a very entertaining way—the story of the early days of the Nouvelle Vague.
