After 15 years of marriage, Angela (Olivia Wilde) and Joe’s (Seth Rogen) relationship is in crisis. They have not had dinner with other couples for a long time. When Angela spontaneously invites the upstairs neighbours over, it becomes clear that Pina (Penélope Cruz) and Hawk (Edward Norton) are much more likeable than their distant encounters in the lift had previously suggested.
