🌹On April 21st, the Municipal Rose Garden, a garden with over a thousand varieties of botanical roses overlooking the Circus Maximus, reopens.

🌸 What it is and why it's special

It is a municipal rose garden, a garden dedicated to roses, with a very extensive collection: approximately 1,100 species of botanical roses, both ancient and modern, from all over the world.
The view is truly breathtaking: from its location, you can enjoy a panorama that extends from the Palatine Hill to the bell tower of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, the dome of the Synagogue, the Vittoriano, and the Monte Mario observatory.

Guided tours of the rose garden will also be organized for the opening of the Municipal Rose Garden on April 21st and Rome's birthday.
