Virtual Zumba Fitness for Beginners
After the winter holidays & staying home, do we miss some sports?!
Let's shake the body together !
What to prepare:
Wearing T-shirt& pants, shoes, bottle of water, make space to move/jump
First 10min- Introduction by Selma, showing steps and replying to questions
The main 40min: Non-stop Zumba time including cool down movements
Wrap-up: feedback and chat
Music: Latin, African, Arabic, Indian, Brazilian and Jamaican
For the first zoom participants, just copy the movement of Selma.
* Only fitness wearing participants with camera can join this event.
