Join me for the Easter breakfast in this beautiful café.
The menu takes up the theme of the Protected content
again. Here you will find dishes inspired by Russia, France and Hamburg. Such as the buckwheat porridge with prunes, homemade almond butter and roasted almonds - buckwheat is traditionally eaten roasted in Russia. A wonderfully nutty porridge that has a lot more bite than the well-known one made from oatmeal.
The buckwheat, which traditionally ends up in the Breton galettes, the savory crêpes, is also used for the pancakes at Protected content
Served with caramelized bananas, almonds and whipped cream, the little pancakes are not only delicious, they're also gluten-free!
