Join us for a short and easy walk to the stunning Sorgente della Morica, one of the most beautiful turquoise springs in the Nera River Gorges (Gole del Nera) near the charming village of Stifone (Narni, Umbria).

We’ll stroll through the picturesque village of Stifone and we will spend the day at this stunning natural pool in Stifone (near Narni, in the province of Terni, Umbria). The cool, emerald waters flow through the remains of an ancient Roman shipyard, just a short distance from Rome.

How to get there:
By car: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Rome.
By train: Rome Termini → Terni (or Narni-Amelia station), followed by a short transfer to Stifone.
