A Roman Hidden Treasure
Dear lovely friends,
This time, I’d like to invite you to discover a hidden gem on the outskirts of Rome, not far from Porta Maggiore: the Catacombs of Saints Marcellino and Pietro in Tor Pignattara.
These catacombs are home to one of the richest and most fascinating collections of early Christian paintings that has survived to this day — a truly unique glimpse into the history and art of ancient Rome.
🗓️ Friday, September 18th
🕕 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🇮🇹 Guided tour in Italian
💶 €13 per person
I’ve reserved 4 extra places, so if you’d like to join, please let me know by Sunday, September 13th.
After that date, anyone who hasn’t confirmed can still book independently online or by contacting the Catacombs directly.
And, of course, the evening won’t end there… 😊
🍷 After the visit, we’ll head to Pigneto for an apericena at a local venue.
I’ll leave the link below with all the details.
Hope you’ll join me for this little journey into Rome’s hidden history! ❤️
