Yoga in the Park
YOGA - Movement, focus and breathing!
Come join us and do yoga in Pildammsparken on Sunday at 14:00 pm during summer!
This is 45 minutes of Yoga, consisting of different yoga styles and one or more breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation. We stay warm during yoga flows, explore the body flexibility and the senses during poses and develop our mindfulness muscle during breathing exercise and meditation. Once finished, we sit in a circle for a Protected content to talk about the experience we had together.
Remember to be on time! In case of bad weather, we will update on Facebook if the class will take place at the park under the trees or at Sensus (Södra Vallgatan 5) or will be cancelled.
Bring your own mat and we'll see you in the park!
Bring your a yoga block, a pillow and a water bottle if needed.
