Sunday Brunch & Berlin Biennale Visit

I am celebrating Sunday with a delicious brunch in the heart of Berlin Mitte. You can meet me on Auguststraße and choose from one of the neighborhood’s gems—House of Small Wonder, and if it´s overbooked, Keyser Soze, or one of the charming bakeries nearby, I´ll be there early, please check your event page / messages for updates if you join spontaneously.
After breakfast, I‘ll head to KW Institute for Contemporary Art, home to this year’s Berlin Biennale. Tickets can be purchased online or at the counter when doors open. For those who prefer a slower start, there’s the option to linger over breakfast and join the English-language guided tour by one of the KW artists.
This year’s Biennale explores themes of cultural memory, displacement, and the politics of storytelling. Of special interest is the installation by Sarnath Banerjee, known for his graphic narratives that blend satire, history, and personal reflection. His work at KW promises to be both thought-provoking and visually compelling.
KW is the focus venue, so you can soak in the art without rushing. However, your ticket also allows you to visit the Hamburger Bahnhof and the Sophiensäle with a wide range of exhibitions, which I warmly recommend.

Whether you’re an art aficionado or just curious to explore Berlin’s creative pulse, this event is about connecting over culture, croissants, and conversation.
