ROAD DAY TRIP in Nature - the Beaver Valley
Get away from the city and indulge in a full day discovering nature and hiking one of the best hidden valleys of Ontario.
The Beaver Valley, one of the hidden gems in Ontario has much to offer. Bypassing any of the major routes, it offers peace and beauty.
ITINERARY FOR THE DAY:
8:30am - Leave Toronto
10:30am - Arrive at Purple Hill Lavendar Farm in Creemore

12:00pm - Depart Purple Hill and head over to Beaver Valley
12:30pm - Arrive at Eugenia Falls in the Beaver Valley and have picnic lunch by Eugenia Lake (bring a bathing suit/towel if you would like to jump into the refreshing water). You can buy food at nearby vendor but for the sake of time I recommend bringing your own food.
2:30pm - Depart Euginia Lake and head over to Old Baldy to hike the Bruce Trail (this trail is challenging with sleep inclines & rock climbing at some points. if you experience challenges with joints I would strongly recommend you join just the beginning of the trail and then have a seat and enjoy the amazing view of the Valley/bring a book Protected content
5:00pm - Depart Old Baldy and head over to Thornbury.
5:30pm - Free time to explore the beauty of this lovely town, go for a swim and settle for dinner at a lakeview patio ....
8:30pm - Depart Thornbury and head home
10:30pm - Arrive in Toronto fulfilled and amazed
