10 Thousand Steps

Dear all,
You all know that walking is a highly beneficial form of exercise with numerous positive impacts on both physical and mental health. It can improve cardiovascular health, manage weight, strengthen bones and muscles, and enhance mood and cognitive function. Walking 10,000 steps a day can lead to a greater sense of well-being, improved mood, and increased overall health. And that's why I would like you to walk 10 thousand steps with me on a Sunday mornning.
