Exploring South Indian Cuisine
Dear DinnerNations Members,
Victoria (Yuying) and I have recently become Consuls for the Copenhagen Dinner Nations Group. It was an obvious choice as both of us are "FOODIES". An interesting fact about us is that the countries we come from are known for their diversity and that diversity makes its presence felt in the variety of food that is on offer. Fortunately, Copenhagen embraces this diversity.
On that note, we are happy to host our first event at Protected content cuisine is mainly rice based, the soups and curries are a lot lighter to digest, but at the sametime, a whole lot spicier. You can explore the different varieties of Dosas (Rice Crepes), Idlis (Steamed Rice Cakes) and Vadas (Spicy Donuts) or indulge in the fish curry, the prawn fry and Chicken 65 .... There is something on offer for everyone, regardless of whether you are vegetarian or a non vegetarien. For those not familiar with South Indian Cuisine, we will be your personal guide and make sure what you order satisfies your pallet.
The restaurant is located in the trendy Frederiksburg neighborhood. If you are to commute by Bus, 2A stops at Faulkner Alle, which is the nearest stop. The place is also within walking distance from Frederiksburg Metro Stop.
So please mark your calendars. It's Friday, March 16 at 18:30 hours.
You will be paying for your own order and since we are booking a few tables, there's always the opportunity to share. Check the menu for the prices.
Please only sign up if you are definitely attending as seating is limited. If for some reason you've signed up and you cannot make it, please notify in advance so that someone else can take your place. We have also set up a waiting list.
Feel free to reach us if you need any clarifications.
Hoping to see you soon
