Deep Stretch Hatha Yoga Session
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join me for a deep stretch Hatha Yoga session in the park.
Whether you have been practicing yoga for a while or you are a complete beginner, you will surely find yourself in this gentle flow.
During this session we will be working on gently opening our hips, stretching and creating space in our body for new energy to flow in. I especially recommend it for reversing the damage done by sedentary work.
I'm looking forward to sharing this practice with you. :)
What to bring?
Yoga mat, towel and water.
