Energizing Yoga Session and Breakfast
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join me for an energizing Hatha Yoga session in the park.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, you will surely find yourself in this gentle flow.
During this session we will be strengthening our muscles, improving balance and increasing flexibility.
After the session we will move to the beach for a delicious breakfast with a sea view.
I'm looking forward to seeing you :)
What to bring?
Yoga mat, towel and water.
