HARPA EXTRAVAGANZA CANCELLED !
The diva harpist Monika Stadler invites you:
“My music is very personal, an expression of my soul, my spirituality, my femininity. It springs from my connection to nature, the rhythms of life, the experience of inner and outer moods, and silence—a counterpoint to our hectic, sober, impersonal, and nature-alienated techno world.” (Monika Stadler)
With her compositions, in which Monika Stadler combines elements of jazz with classical, world, folk, and improvisational music in a very personal musical style, this internationally acclaimed harpist brings a breath of fresh air and new dimensions to harp music. Music that is made for the harp: virtuosic, soulful, innovative, rhythmic, and meditative.
The musician and composer charmingly guides the audience through the concert program, which consists mainly of her own compositions, but also includes arrangements of well-known works by G. Gershwin, C. Jobim, and J. Pachelbel, among others.
Thanks to her virtuosity, her innovative compositions, and her diverse range of styles, the artist and her harp are welcome guests on the traditional concert, jazz, and folk scenes in Europe, Asia, and America. Her concerts leave audiences moved and impressed, and their impact lingers long after they have ended.
