Come and join us for a choral performance of American Compositions for the 250.

America Sings Protected content a trio of recent American compositions that draw inspiration from earlier American compositions and poetry. Alice Parker’s Melodious Accord rethinks tunes from an American hymnal; Stephen Paulus’s An American Medley reimagines a series of American folk songs and hymns; and Daniel Pinkham’s Getting to Heaven sets the poetry of Emily Dickinson. The concert features the Harvard-Radcliffe Chorus, brass quintet, harp, and a quartet of vocal soloists.
