Winthrop Walk, 2 Beaches, 4 Miles, Car-Free
Join us for a scenic 4-mile urban walk through Winthrop! We will start and end at the Orient Heights T stop (Blue Line).
Please be on time as we'll take the bus #712 that leaves Orient Heights at 4:30 pm.
We'll begin with a quick bus ride up to Winthrop Beach. From there, we will enjoy a flat, coastal walk along the shore as we make our way back to Orient Heights.
Optionally, we may skip the Constitution Beach part, end the walk at the popular Belle Isle Seafood restaurant, and take a bus to Orient Heights afterwards.

- Route: Orient Heights T Station > #712 Bus > Winthrop Beach > Coastal walk > Constitution Beach / Orient Heights
- Footwear: Comfortable walking or hiking shoes
- Transit: Be ready to pay the MBTA bus fare
- Attire: Weather-appropriate layers, as coastal breezes can be cool
