We've all been through something like this at least once: Major reorganization. Merger & acquisition. Divestiture. Decline of benefits. Unexpected reassignment. Through such disruption, how do we stay focused on things that matter?

The next Purpose & People Panel is tackling this topic. In the spirit of sustaining human-centered workplaces during times of tremendous economic, societal and organizational shifts, join us for a lively and candid discussion on leadership through change.

In moments that matter, leaders stay focused -- and keep others focused -- on things that matter. But change brings with it a leadership vacuum by creating distractions from the things that matter, providing both challenges and opportunities for front-line employees and managers to step up and assume informal leadership roles that are outside the scope of their job descriptions.

We all value different moments and things that matter. So what are these moments, and what are these things? How do we know what role we need to play?
