'Birds of War' Film Premiere
As part of the Human Rights Film Festival of Berlin, join us to watch for the German premiere of the film "Birds of War".
BIRDS OF WAR is a Protected content film directed and written by Janay Boulos and Abd Alkader Habak, and produced by Sonja Henrici, Boulos, and Habak. It premiered in the World Cinema Documentary Competition at the Protected content Film Festival, where it won the Special Jury Award for Journalistic Impact.
The film follows the love story of a London-based Lebanese journalist and a Syrian activist and cameraman through 13 years of personal archives spanning revolutions, war, and exile.
NB. The film is at 17: 15, let's meet at the cinema around 16:45. We can then go for a drink or bite afterwards.
