A Moment of Stillness Visit to the Bahá’í House of Worship
If you feel called to close this year gently, this invitation is for you.
As the year comes to an end, we gather for a silent cultural visit to the Bahá’í House of Worship of Panama, a sacred space open to people of all beliefs, inviting each person into their own moment of prayer, reflection, or connection with the Divine.
This is not a guided practice, a ritual, or a ceremony.
It is simply an opportunity to pause, to listen inwardly, and to close the year with intention.
You will not be alone.
We will come together — people like you — to walk inward with honesty and calm, while remaining connected to the Divine and to the living beauty of this Earth.
The experience includes a silent visit inside the temple, followed by a slow walk through the gardens, moving gently to enjoy the aromas, the light, and the beauty of nature — allowing it to remind us that we are alive.
Afterwards, we will gather in the designated hall to share, in simplicity, the food we have each brought, allowing the body and heart to return softly to conversation and human connection.
Important guidelines:
Absolute silence inside the temple.
No photos inside the temple.
No yoga, guided meditation, or rituals.
Respectful attire required.
Moderate conversations in gardens and common areas.
Come as you are.
Release what no longer belongs to this year,
and welcome what is ready to unfold.
