Awe Walk With the Little Prince – Antoine De Saint-Exupéry
“If you come at four in the afternoon, I’ll begin to be happy by three.”
This September, as part of the InterNations Anniversary celebrations, France inspires us through a timeless classic about curiosity, connection and meaning.
What if one quiet hour could help you see ordinary life with new eyes?
An Awe Walk is a gentle, intentional walk that invites us to widen our perspective and rediscover wonder in what surrounds us. Research in positive psychology suggests that awe can reduce perceived stress, broaden perspective, support positive emotion and strengthen our sense of connection.
Whether you are navigating demanding work, beginning a new chapter after retirement, building a life far from home, or simply feeling that routine has become too loud, this experience offers a different way to pause and reconnect with what matters.
This is not Grounding. Instead of turning attention inward, we’ll expand it outward — toward wonder, perspective and discovery. The guided practices will be revealed during the walk.
