Kunsthalle Nürnberg will be presenting the exhibition “The Best Show Ever”, featuring works by 28 international artists who take a humorous and critical look at the art world, the current hype surrounding contemporary art, and the increasingly event-like nature of exhibitions.

Competition within the art world is growing, rivalries are intensifying, and everyone involved feels mounting pressure to succeed. Artists are expected to be constantly innovative. The big question is: What strategies are artists developing to cope with this ever-increasing pressure to succeed?
