Climate Explorers
Is it hot? Is it cold? Why is it snowing less and less? Why is there so much rain? And where does fog come from? Atmospheric phenomena are changes that shape the relationship between the environment, the local area, and our collective lives. Rain, snow, heat, and fog—which may seem to occur at random—are actually the result of complex processes that allow us to reflect on shifting environmental balances, on both global and local scales.
In collaboration with the staff of the Modena Geophysical Observatory—and as part of the events accompanying the Modena Philosophy Festival—participants can delve into the topic of climate change and its impact on the local area.
Admission is free, and the speakers will present in Italian.
