Tour in SWISS GERMAN only! Every hour on the hour, an extraordinary spectacle takes place in Bern: that is when the Protected content
But who knows what the statues represent? Or how the mechanism works, and what stories lie hidden behind the thick walls of the clock tower? The guided tour, which lasts just under an hour, is a special experience in its own right, if only because of the extraordinary atmosphere inside the tower. To round things off, we head up to lofty heights: Around Protected content lead up to the viewing platform of this monumental landmark. From the top, Bern unfolds from a magnificent vantage point. The breathtaking view over the UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its rooftops, chimneys and towers, is another highlight of this entertaining tour. In good weather, the view stretches as far as the mountain peaks of the Bernese Oberland. Protected content
