Master the Taunus! Bad Nauheim -> Lorch Am Rhein (105km)

Come and join us for a one, two or three-day hiking adventure along the Taunus mountain range including two hotel stays. This trek promises a true adventure for passionate hikers, featuring scenic views, forests, streams, and meadows. Since May 25th is a bank holiday, you are welcome to join us for the entire trek or any portion that suits your schedule. The planned itinerary is as follows:

- Day 01 Waypoint Alpha: Glashütten (Taunus). We will start from Bad Nauheim train station at 10:00 CET (only 30 mins from Frankfurt Central station via train) and head east to climb Großer Feldberg Protected content . We will then descend into Glashütten for dinner and stay overnight at a local hotel.

- Day 02 Waypoint Bravo: Schlangenbad. After breakfast we will return to the ridge and continue westwards toward the renown health resort town of Schlangenbad for our second overnight stay. Upon arrival we will dine at a local restaurant before settling into our hotel. There is the option to visit a sauna.

- Day 03 Waypoint Charly: Lorch am Rhein. After breakfast we will continue east along the range to Lorch for a celebratory dinner featuring local wine and specialties before taking the RB 10 train back to Wiesbaden/Frankfurt.

Please note that participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations and ensuring they have the necessary supplies and technical clothing required for this level of trekking. This is an expert hike.
