We will start hiking from Bingen, Hauptbahnhof to Castle Rheinstein where we will take a lunch break at the castle's restaurant before continuing to Castle Sooneck to enjoy the stunning views over the Rhine valley with its gorges and small villages dotted along the Rhine. From there we will continue to Niederheimbach for some coffee before taking the train back home.
