9.30 am meeting at the Protected content Departure at 9.40 with a private coach.

10.15 am arrival at Villa San Donnino. Guided tour of about 1 hour and a half.
Considered one of the finest examples of interpretation of the Art Nouveau movement in Emilia Romagna, conserving specially-designed furnishings inside, drawings, and treasured memorabilia collected by the family over the years. The internal frescoes and the external decorations were made by painter Aroldo Bonzagni ( Protected content ). They depict allegories unique in their style, so as to generate a magical atmosphere.
In Protected content villa was chosen by Bernardo Bertolucci as the set for a famous scene from "Novecento", an absolute masterpiece of Italian cinema with Dominique Sanda and Robert De Niro. We will get to see the ancient balsamic vinegar cellar inside Villa San Donnino founded in Protected content , since when its production has become a family tradition.

11.45 am arrival at the closeby Museo della Salumeria in Castelnuovo Rangone. Guided tour in the discovery of the gestures, recipes, and processes of charcuterie and cured meat! Participants will be able to purchase the products at a 20% discounted price.

12.30 tasting of Culatta, Mortadella, Salame, and Prosciutto Cotto as well as local cheeses on the terrace with a glass of wine.

1.20 pm departure for Bologna with arrival at 2.00 pm.
