Because he has a 360° approach to food, believes that ethic passes also from our stomach and try to cook “cruelty-free” food.
He proposes food is produced in a responsible manner and seeks contact with growers and breeders.
So he will cook in front of you while telling the story of how the farmer met his wife and why they are farming onions and not spinach…. 😉
