1. The session will start with a 7-minute coaching demonstration so that you can understand what coaching is - Sylvia Nicolas, our host, will ask for a volunteer to be coached.
2. After this short demonstration, Sylvia will present herself and take Us through the process of coaching, including definitions, benefits, disadvantages, etc.
