World Press Photo Exhibition 2025
The World Press Photo Protected content , a competition considered the most prestigious event in international photojournalism.
The World Press Photo Protected content , organized by the Photographic Social Vision Foundation, focuses primarily on international armed conflicts in Gaza, Ukraine, Lebanon or Syria, the environmental crisis – such as the floods in Brazil –, problems related to migration in Iran or on the border between the United States and Mexico, and political polarization, such as the growth of the far right in Germany.
This year's competition saw the participation of 3,778 photojournalists from Protected content , who submitted a total of 60,000 photographs and the winner was Palestinian photojournalist Samar Abu Elouf.
